Do I need to be fit before starting?
No! My coaching is designed for all levels — from complete beginners to more experienced gym-goers. I’ll meet you exactly where you are and build from there.
What’s the difference between online coaching and in-person training?
Online Coaching: You’ll train using my coaching app, where you can access your personalised programme, log workouts, update measurements, and upload progress photos. You’ll also get nutrition guidance, regular check-ins, and support from me.
1-to-1 Personal Training: You’ll train directly with me in a private gym space where I’ll guide you through each workout, make sure your form is correct, and push you towards your goals.
How does the app work?
